Biography
Peter Phillips is a current SNP councillor, elected in 2021 and serving until 2029. A retired police officer, his political focus is on community safety. He is a pragmatic and down-to-earth voice on the council, representing the interests of Ambridge’s working-class community. Phillips is a strong advocate for policies that would support local emergency services. He holds his councillor surgeries at the Ambridge Town Hall on the second Monday of every month.
