Cllr Christopher Bailey

Christopher Bailey is a current Labour councillor, elected in 2017 and serving until 2029. As a local teacher, his political focus is on education and children's services. He is a passionate advocate for Ambridge's youth, and he believes that a strong educational system is the foundation for a prosperous community. Bailey is keenly aware of the challenges facing local schools, including budget constraints and the need for modern infrastructure. He is a strong voice for ensuring that the council's policies support schools and provide adequate resources for children's services. He holds his councillor surgeries at the Ambridge Youth Centre on the second Saturday of every month.
