Arboricultural Safety Inspection

The Environment Portfolio Lead is tasked with commissioning a secondary arboricultural safety inspection for the cluster of Ash trees located near the southern boundary of Green Meadows. Following reports of potential storm damage, the inspector must evaluate the structural integrity of the main limbs and provide a costed recommendation for any required felling or pruning works. This report needs to be submitted to the Clerk’s office within ten working days so that an emergency executive decision can be drafted if a high risk to public safety is identified. Once the work is authorized, the lead must ensure that the “Environment Maintenance” section of the public portal is updated with the expected start and completion dates.
